Competitive Intelligence Repository

This project was designed as a prototype internal intelligence platform for Physician Life Care Planning, LLC to explore how AI-assisted tooling could improve competitive research, information organization, and strategic visibility across large volumes of business data. The application was built to ingest competitor websites and articles, organize information into searchable profiles, generate AI-powered summaries, and help surface insights that could support internal decision-making workflows. The system focused on creating a centralized repository for tracking competitors, monitoring industry developments, and reducing the manual effort required to review large amounts of information. Development emphasized rapid prototyping, modern full-stack architecture, and practical AI integration using technologies such as Next.js, TypeScript, Supabase, and OpenAI APIs. The project also provided hands-on experience designing internal tooling workflows, implementing responsive user interfaces, structuring database-driven applications, and deploying production-ready web applications using modern cloud development workflows.
